Cancelation Policy

Should you need to cancel your chosen holiday after the confirmation notice has been sent, the party leader must inform us as soon as possible by e-mail. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. Please ensure you have adequate insurance cover for this eventuality.

Your notification of cancellation will only be effective once it is received in writing by us and the following cancellation charges will be payable.

Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost payable.

Non Refundable Rate
No Refund under any circumstances.

Payment Policy: Full prepayment upon booking is required for this special rate. Non changeable and non refundable. 

Cancellation Policy: Upon booking, entire stay amount will be charged to your credit card. In case of cancellation, the prepayment is non refundable.

Flexi Rate
Booking Deposit 30% - No Refund under any circumstances.
Cancellation 60 to 31 days before arrival: Refund = 50% of monies paid
Cancellation 30 days or less than 30 days before arrival: No Refund under any circumstances

Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges (less any applicable excess) under the terms of your insurance policy. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned.
